As a psychologist, adoptee, and someone who grew up overseas in a new culture, I have experienced the most challenging aspects of self-discovery firsthand. Becoming a parent at a young age and now raising pre-teens has deepened my understanding of identity formation and the struggles that come with it. Through storytelling infused with psychological insights, I help young people navigate their journey of self-discovery, shaping who they are while staying true to themselves.

Thrive in your own special way

My mission is to help young adults navigate the complexities of self-discovery and identity formation through storytelling and psychological insights. Drawing from my personal journey as an adoptee, my experience of growing up in a new culture, and my background as a psychologist and parent, I create stories that make identity struggles tangible and relatable. My goal is to provide a space where young people can explore who they are, embrace their individuality, and find the confidence to stay true to themselves in a world full of expectations
